We offer many options for decorating the displays and holders we manufacture. The appropriate decorating process depends on the complexity of the art being printed, the size of the art being printed and the quantity to be produced.

These are the display imprinting options we offer:

Silk-screening directly on the product - We can silk-screen one, two, three and four spot colors.

• Each color is an additional cost for imprinting
• There is a low minimum requirement of (250) units and imprinting costs vary with the quantity needed
• Each color requires a separate screen with a cost of $200 per screen
• Ink colors can be custom matched to customer art specifications; color match charges apply ($55.00 per color - black & white do not require match)

Hot Stamping directly on the product - Typically we hot stamp one spot color.

• Graphic printed area must be less than 4 square inches
• Color matching is limited to popular stock colors
• Metallic foil colors are available and unique to the hot stamping process
• A hot stamping plate is required for each job and costs $300
• There is a minimum requirement of 2500 pieces and imprinting costs vary with the quantity needed

Pad-Printing directly on the product - We can pad-print one, two, three and four spot colors.

• Graphic printing area must be less than 3 square inches
• Each color is an additional cost for imprinting
• There is a 1000 piece minimum requirement and the imprinting costs vary with the quantity needed
• Each color requires a separate plate which costs $250 per plate
• A custom printing cliché is required for pad printing and costs $100
• Ink colors can be custom matched to customer art specifications

Labeling and Laminating - We can print and apply one, two, three, and four spot color as well as 4 color process graphics.

• Graphics can be printed on clear or white backing
• Standard shapes (squares, ovals, circles and rectangles) and custom die cut profiles are available
• There are no size limitations
• There is a minimum requirement of 1000 pieces and costs vary with the quantity needed

Lead Times:
After receipt of the customer art, we create a digital image file for approval. The time required for this depends on the complexity of the art, the decorating method being employed and the product being imprinted. Production begins after the customer approves the sample. The lead time and completion dates depend on the total number of pieces being produced, the number of colors being printed and the type of product being manufactured.

Rush Orders:
We've been manufacturing custom displays for over 40 years and understand the sense of urgency in the promotions and marketing business. Braeside is a vertically integrated company and we complete custom printed jobs as fast as possible. We can turn some jobs in less than two weeks. However, lead times for custom imprinting depends largely on the time it takes to get appropriate art files from the customer and receiving approval of our preproduction sample from the customer.

Overs/Unders:
Custom imprinted displays are subject to production over-runs and under-runs of 5% for quantities of 500 pieces and more, and 10% for quantities under 500 pieces. We invoice pro rata based on the quantities shipped.

Prototypes, pre-production proofs and color draws are available and charged according to quantity being ordered, complexity of art being printed and type of proof required.
